Fisheries and Oceans has opened Ling Cod and Rockfish again this summer from June 15 to September 30 with size restrictions. Check the Fisheries and Oceans Notice for detailed regulations regarding Lingcod.

Bill with a 9.5lb Chinook caught June 2, trolling a Purple Haze Hoochie at 85ft near the Iron Mines.
This 18lb Chinook was caught by Dave South of Marshall Rock on May 23, He was trolling a White Hoochie at 90ft.
Laura caught this 21lb Chinook near Willingdon Beach in early May. She beat her husband Ken's catch as seen in the picture below.
Also landed that day was the beautiful sea cucumber successfully netted after a terrific fight by Laura’s husband Ken.
This was Mike's first Salmon. He caught this 15lb Chinook fishing anchovies at 90ft on the Backside of Harwood.
